These are the core study habits you need to really start to control the language you are study.

In my line of business, I know a lot of people who are studying English to speak it better (and listen better). Students of English need to know an effective way to study English verbs. Then they can really control the language. Language is a tool and the more ways you can use the tool now, the better.

I have not personally made the best choices in my life. When my Dad passed away I chose to blame the world and I became very angry and bitter. Rather than choosing to continue living the life that I had been; doing well in school and creating a great life, I chose a different path.

As a parent or family member of a college student it may be tempting to cosign for student loans. However, there are risks associated with cosigning. Basically you are saying that you will pay off the debt if the student defaults on the note. As a parent you may have no problem taking this risk. However, you should understand that many students find it hard to pay back student loans in a timely manner. Once the student graduates from college monthly payments will begin even if the student hasn’t found employment. You should be prepared in case you have to make payments during this period.

Principle #4: Your “customers” will not show up until you do. The 10% of people who want and need your stuff will not show up till YOU DO. You must show up first. You must stand up and say “This is who I am, this is what I have to offer, and if you want some, let’s talk.” Think about it, do you ever buy anything from someone, or from a company, without them first coming to you? The point is, these people and products are already OUT THERE either finding you, or available for you to find. They have “shown up” and said “this is what I am, this is what I have to offer.” To employ Principle #4 that’s what you must do as well.

Then you continue enjoying God for the rest of your life. This does not mean that you will no longer have problems or that you will no longer suffer. But in the midst of all these problems and sufferings you know you have God and with him you enjoy the full benefit of your salvation, the vision of God. And this happens while you are still living physically on earth.

However, there are always certain things that simply cannot be rewritten; for example, the explanations of formulas in a textbook are often the best explanations available. When I find a page in the textbook that I want to be able to return to quickly, I mark the page. Turning the corner of the page down is temporary at best and normally useless. Little pieces of paper fall out. What I have found most effective in marking pages is paper clips. They are large enough to find, and they stay in the book.

All loans add up quickly and the student who is taking them out needs to keep that in mind. When a student reaches graduation, his debt may be deeper than he ever thought possible. If there is more than one loan out, it would be of benefit to ask about student loans consolidation, so that the payments can be combined, lowered and easier to pay.
